As the holiday season approaches, our brewers wanted to crafted something truly unique and delectable. Yambrulee is a sweet potato beer that embodies the flavors of a classic sweet potato casserole. With the addition of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, lactose, and roasted sweet potatoes with brown sugar, each drink is a holiday celebration in itself. We've taken it a step further by aging it in rum barrels, infusing notes of burnt caramelized sugar syrup and candied roasted sweet potatoes. It's the perfect brew to toast to the most wonderful time of the year.
