A blend of 50% sour ale aged on Montmorency cherries, 25% bourbon barrel-aged Belgian Dark base, and 25% cocoa infused imperial porter aged on Montmorency tart cherries. The final blend finishes aging on whole vanilla beans. Flavors of dark chocolate, tart cherry, and brown sugar mingle together to produce a cherry chocolate chip cookie in your glass.
