A 70% blend of last year's award winning Sensationator Doppelbock that was aged in bourbon barrels and 30% fresh Sensationator that was just brewed at our Portland Pub. Adding a portion of fresh beer allows the overall barrel expression to open up, similar to adding a few drops of water to a snifter of fine Bourbon.
