This mixed culture offering is intended to highlight some of our favorite smells of Central Oregon. The classic Brett aroma is augmented by additions of sage and juniper berry. A pleasant lactic acidity provides a lemony counterpoint to the fruity quality of the juniper. This beer smells like stepping off the plane in Redmond after a long trip away from home.
