Thank you for visiting and shopping at Deschutes Brewery! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

We currently ship to states that allow the shipment of Alcoholic and/or Non-Alcoholic beverages (depending on your order). All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Shape

We currently offer a flat $10 shipping rate for states that are eligible for shipment within the continental U.S. Please note, we charge a $15 shipping surplus to orders going to Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping rates and delivery times may vary during high-demand periods.

Order Processing 

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day. 

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the destination, products and selected service.

Shipping Restrictions 

  • We do not currently ship internationally or to APO addresses. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipments to PO Boxes. Please reach out with any specific requests or concerns. 

  • Shipping of certain products may be limited to specific states or regions due to regulations.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages 

If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or arrives incorrectly, please contact us via the support bubble or contact page on our site within 30 days of delivery with your order number and any relevant photos. We’ll work with you to make it right.
