Munich Wein is a Barleywine-style ale that throws the idea of balance out of the window. This beer is all about the malt. We used 100% Weyermann Munich and CaraMunich malts for the brew and let it age in a beautiful 8 year old Elijah Craig Bourbon barrel. Huge caramel and dark fruit dominates the aroma.
