Of all the NA’s I’ve tried this is by far the closest to the original version. It’s really hard to find locally. I was shocked that I could get it shipped to my door for a reasonable price. Thanks Deschutes!

I’ve recently made the decision to cut back on my alcohol consumption. Not eliminate entirely, just cut down. I love the Black Butte Porter and I have it in my frig. The n/a version stands shoulder to shoulder with the full alcohol version and I love both of them and the n/a allows me to enjoy my BB Porter without the calories or alcohol. This is pretty good for a NA dark beer. It seems like most stouts and porters aren’t as good as Pilsner‘s or pale ales when it comes to the NA‘s. I’ll probably be buying more of this though.

After seeing this get a top rating for low alcohol content I decided to try an order. After the German double bock dark beer or the craft porters I love, the flavor came across as weaker as expected. Then I made a black and tan using it with your Kirkland Lager. It really delivered a well balanced taste sans the high alcohol content. It is now a repeat order.
