Of all the NA’s I’ve tried this is by far the closest to the original version. It’s really hard to find locally. I was shocked that I could get it shipped to my door for a reasonable price. Thanks Deschutes!

I’ve recently made the decision to cut back on my alcohol consumption. Not eliminate entirely, just cut down. I love the Black Butte Porter and I have it in my frig. The n/a version stands shoulder to shoulder with the full alcohol version and I love both of them and the n/a allows me to enjoy my BB Porter without the calories or alcohol. I've moved away from the PNW but this brought me back - Black Butte is the beer that got me into dark beers, and this is a great homage, and doesn't knock me out and ruin my sleep when I'm already tired.

I buy this beer because it has the best and genuine taste of real beer without the effects of alcohol. I enjoy one or two cans at a time.

This is pretty good for a NA dark beer. It seems like most stouts and porters aren’t as good as Pilsner‘s or pale ales when it comes to the NA‘s. I’ll probably be buying more of this though.
