Super Stoked Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread

Fuel your Dry January with flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (12 oz) Super Stoked Non-Alcoholic Golden Brew
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 jalapeño (diced, seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 package cornbread mix (about 15 oz)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a cast iron skillet or 9x9 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cornbread mix with eggs. Slowly pour in Super Stoked, stirring until just mixed.
  3. Fold in jalapeños and half the cheddar.
  4. Pour into your skillet or dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool slightly, then slice and enjoy.
