Fuel your Dry January with flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (12 oz) Super Stoked Non-Alcoholic Golden Brew
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 jalapeño (diced, seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 package cornbread mix (about 15 oz)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a cast iron skillet or 9x9 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cornbread mix with eggs. Slowly pour in Super Stoked, stirring until just mixed.
- Fold in jalapeños and half the cheddar.
- Pour into your skillet or dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly, then slice and enjoy.
